We're Hiring: Day Multiskilled Technician

 Location: Middlesbrough 

Mechanical 70% /  Electrical 30% 

 Salary: Up to £45,000 +  Benefits

 Your Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns

Drive improvements to reduce downtime and boost efficiency

Support equipment upgrades, installations, and refurbishment projects

Perform dynamic risk assessments to ensure safe operations

Keep shift reports, maintenance logs, and CMMS up to date

Assist in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement

Liaise with management to report technical faults and recommend solutions

Manage and monitor spare parts inventory

 What We're Looking For:

NVQ Level 3 /  2 or similar  in Engineering (or equivalent time-served apprenticeship)

Strong problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach
