This position reports to

Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leads the factory Maintenance team in the planning and implementation of initiatives that maintain and improve the reliability, effectiveness, and/or efficiency of equipment, technical infrastructure, production lines, and/or facilities. Each day, you will develop and implement equipment life cycle management procedures for optimizing costs and profitability. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and proposing improvement projects for processes and production lines to reduce both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance. The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: • Proposing and managing the annual maintenance budget by monitoring the costs and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and determining actions to cost issues as necessary. • Defining maintenance policies and processes that drive maximum efficiency of equipment, production lines, and/or facilities. • Developing and implementing life cycle management procedures for all new and existing equipment. • Determining maintenance plans for new production lines and recommends methods to improve reliability, ongoing maintenance, and safety of equipment, in collaboration with the Engineering department.

Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 2 years experience OR Associate's Degree with minimum 4 years experience OR High School Diploma / GED with minimum 6 years experience.
  • Preferred Experience Includes: Industrial Maintenance Leadership, PLC troubleshooting and controls experience, SAP, Kronos, Lean Certifications.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of industrial electrical application, pneumatics, hydraulics and control systems
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
