Technicians / ServiceNES Fircroft is currently working with various mining companies who are seeking experienced Communications Technicians for various roles across various mine sites in QLD
We are looking for qualified technicians to safely and effectively perform planned and breakdown maintenance tasks by working within a team and promoting site safety standards and ensuring the highest standards of work are conducted and maintained.

We are looking for qualified technicians to safely and effectively perform planned and breakdown maintenance tasks by working within a team and promoting site safety standards and ensuring the highest standards of work are conducted and maintained.
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain radio communication networks.
- Install and maintain fleet management technologies.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery, implementing preventive measures and generating condition reports.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize VHF infrastructure.
- Proven hands-on experience with power and hand tools, with a strong ability to scope, implement, and troubleshoot a variety of operational technologies.
- Trade certification or a Certificate III in communications, electrical, auto-electrical, instrumentation & control, radio, or electronics.
- At least 3 years of experience in mining systems, industrial control systems, electrical, instrumentation, electronics, or communications.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking.
