Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- At least 3 years of Manual Lathe exp
- Able to Machine parts within tight Tolerances
- Able to machine all type of metals
- Perform setup
- Perform offsets
- Diagnose and remedy operation and tooling complications
- Install tooling
- Inspect each part, using predetermined gauging instruments such as micrometers, depth micrometers, master verniers, and other job specific gauging instruments to maintain specified print requirements
- Load, unload machines
- Adjust machine tools; remove, sharpen, and replace drills and other tooling
- Replace worn carbide inserts

- Hours: 6am - 3pm / Mon - Friday
- Overtime EXPECTED

JOB SUMMARY
