CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
  • The Spanish LV market is the 5th largest in Europe. The EV market is lagging a few years behind the E5 countries but the transition from ICE to EV vehicles has started.
  • The transport (including light commercial vehicle) sector, a key sector impacted by the energy transition, is moving towards a sustainable energy mix and sustainable energies.
  • Electromobility will thus represent a significant part of the energy mix in this sector.
  • TotalEnergies is making development efforts in EV infrastructure and MSP to maintain a significant market share and a profitable business in the mid-term.
  • The TotalEnergies EV charge business can rely on the presence of GRP/IP (electricity supplier).

DIMENSIONS
  • Takeover of the Maintenance Process
  • 200+ HPC sites with 500+ CPs (with a potential extension up to 1.150 CPs) across the 17 regions of Spain along highways, main roads and in urban and suburban areas
  • 1-2 Preventive Maintenance CPs / year
  • OPEX Maintenance around 0,4M€ /y
  • Coordination Maintenance suppliers

Activities

ACTIVITIES
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for EV charging stations.
  • Schedule and coordinate regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with service providers and contractors to ensure timely and quality maintenance work.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues with EV charging stations.
  • Coordinate and oversee repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to services.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Monitor the performance of EV charging stations using management systems.
  • Generate and analyze reports on maintenance activities, performance metrics, and incidents.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the status of EV charging infrastructure.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
  • Implement corrective actions to address any safety concerns or compliance issues.
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
  • Coordinate the procurement of necessary equipment and materials.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Any task requested by the management related to his/her area of activities

Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in the EV charging or electrical infrastructure industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of EV charging systems and components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • English Medium-high level / French desirable

  • Time to solve the failures
  • Number of Level 2 incidences managed
  • Chargers Availability Ratio
  • Evolution Corrective actions number in the years
