Job Overview

As MLWD R&M Specialist III has responsibility for assisting with the development of reliability-based maintenance strategy, based on preventive and predictive maintenance for the product line equipment. Work directly with the Maintenance Manager to build a reliable system and maintenance team. Works with Repair and Maintenance Technicians to schedule workload. Primarily activity is at workshop, troubleshooting, repairing, refurbishing, implementing mandatory modifications and executing and/or planning preventive and corrective maintenance of field equipment and tools, helping to mitigate assets related non-productive time and improve overall field service delivery performance. He/she may be required to attend a client location to perform his/her duties whenever an R&M task is deemed necessary to carry over a field operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on LWD tools and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting and diagnostics on LWD equipment, utilizing both manual and computerized methods.
  • Collaborate with field personnel to provide on-site technical support and training as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Support the design and improvement of LWD equipment and tools by providing feedback and insights based on field experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians and other team members.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, providing input on equipment selection and maintenance strategies.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements in LWD systems and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
  • High Diploma with relevant experience
  • 3-5 Years of related experience on Repairing and Troubleshooting LWD Sensors and DS Tools
