No experience / No degreePool Attendant Duties – Tuesday – Saturday 12:00 pm – 6:30 pm
• Arrive at pool by 12:00 pm to
o remove pool vacuums
o empty skimmer baskets
o spray down the pool deck
o Check pool chemistry and log results
o Sweep sides of pool
o Check and/or clean men’s and women’s restrooms as needed.
• Open pool at 1:00 pm
o Check that swimmers have a current pool membership
o Collect pool memberships when necessary for a new member
o Collect day pass fees for anyone not living in Silver Peak or an Albemarle employee
o Issue receipts for any money collected and keep log in the safe of all money received.
• Between 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm
o Sweep pool sides at 3:30 pm
o Shut down pool to public at 3:30 pm
o Open pool for adult swim only at 4:00 pm
o Empty trash cans as needed
• Spray down the pavilion area once a week
• Empty trash cans in pavilion as needed
• Pick up trash/debris as needed in the pavilion and park areas
• Water plants in pool area at least once daily
